Recently, Gracious Living Realty has selected the company as the co-listing broker for HUD in Hampton Roads, Virginia. In addition, the company has been named a listing broker for Freddie Mac properties. The firm’s duties include determining occupancy status, cash for keys, BPO services, visual property inspections, signage and marketing of residential properties, follow up inspections, and oversight of all transactions from property management to listing to closing. The firm currently lists over 250 properties and maintains data integrity and accurate reporting with MLS. We routinely conduct visual inspects and report findings. We assist local broker/agents in the proper procedure of the HUD home buying/contract writing process.
